Actually, I’m going to disagree on this one. On the grounds that it wouldn’t be so funny if after watching a piece on igloos, the not-so-buxom female anchor said “don’t see what’s so impressive about little white domes.” and the male anchor responded similarly. He would probably have a lawsuit against him.

It isn’t funny to belittle someone because of their physical characteristics. It’s what shitty kids do to each other in school. It’s what we all hated and many will never get over. These are supposed adults. There’s no good reason for that behavior in grade school, let alone a mass media outlet —granted whatever fumbled liaison backstory you concocted on the spot to justify and sympathize with the female anchor.
